About Jeff Krock - Life and Contribution

Light that touches depth

Jeff was born in 1942 and grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts. After earning a B.A. in economics from the University of Vermont and a Master of Fine Arts in sculpture from the University of Massachusetts, he worked as a sculptor and carpenter for many years.

Beginning at age 30, Jeff experienced a series of awakenings that unfolded his calling as a learner and a teacher: the exploration of how to live the higher states of consciousness in the everyday world.

His journey has resulted in a gift of extraordinary perception. Grounded in the wisdom of wide life experience, Jeff sees on many levels at once, allowing him to demystify—and then magnify—each person’s spiritual and worldly potential. Insight becomes action with Jeff’s powerful, hands-on practices. Skeptical as a scientist, he is interested only in perspectives and methods that work in all instances, in all moments. His techniques help people awaken their fullest capacities and transform their daily lives.

Teachings that evolve with you

Jeff’s teaching is marked by a limitless dedication to his own learning. Based on personal and unchanging truths, his practice evolves alongside the evolving human consciousness. He is his own best example, offering a transmission of love, power, and peace, the commitment to personal growth that speeds the growth and healing of others.

Jeff focuses his expertise in three areas: transforming human suffering, thriving in the 21st century, and accelerating personal, professional, and spiritual growth. His guidance is in high demand: In addition to giving more than 30,000 individual and group consultations in the last 30 years, Jeff has led hundreds of meetings, seminars, and training retreats. His clients and students come from all walks and all stages of life.

A father and grandfather, Jeff lives with his wife, Lily, in Central Florida.

Modern spiritual masters and teachers I admire

The Dalai Lama
Amma
Sri Aurobindo
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

Among the photos on my office wall are two pictures that literally glow – one of the Dalai Lama and one of Amma. They’re both so full of life, a portrait of the joy in serving others, reminding me every day of the pure love that lives within each of us. I feel blessed that I’m alive at the same time that they are in the world. They reflect and model what I reach for as a human being.

Sri Aurobindo and Pierre Teilhard de Chardin are two other spiritual pioneers I admire. Though their writings can be a little thick, they speak to a new paradigm of spirituality, one that reflects an evolving humanity. Learning about their work helped reinforce and widen the path I was already on, helping me understand myself as part of a larger evolutionary process.

This wisdom offered by Aurobindo and Teilhard differs from some traditional teachings of the East—which generally emphasize transcendence of the physical—and of the West, which can focus on preparing for an afterlife. I explain the difference this way: As we become more aware and more alive in the physical plane, we need our deeper embodiment to support the awakening and integration of our higher levels of consciousness—right here, right now, in our everyday lives.
